AMERICAN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION
Founded in 1979, the AAA's Mission is: "To promote health care policies that ensure excellence in the ambulance services industry and provide research, education and communications programs to enable its members to effectively address the needs of the communities they serve." The American Ambulance Association represents ambulance services across the United States that participate in serving more than 75% of the U.S. population with emergency and nonemergency care and medical transportation services. The AAA was formed in response to the need for improvements in medical transportation and emergency medical services. The Association services as a voice and clearinghouse for ambulance services across the nation. The Association views prehospital care not only as a public service, but also as an essential part of the total public health care system.
AMERICAN BIO-RECOVERY ASSOCIATION
ABRA is a nationwide non-profit association of crime and trauma scene recovery professionals who are dedicated to upholding the highest technical, ethical and educational guidelines of the biohazard remediation industry.
AMERICAN CORRECTIONAL ASSOCIATION
The American Correctional Association shapes the future of corrections through strong, progressive leadership that brings together various voices and forges coalitions and partnerships to promote the concepts embodied in its Declaration of Principles. The mission of the American Correctional Association is to provided a professional organization for all individuals and groups, both public and private that share a common goal of improving the justice system.
AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
ASHES is the professional association of choice providing leadership to ensure a clean and safe health care community where all our members reach their full potential. Setting the standard for environmental excellence, ASHES advances health care environmental services, textile care professions and related disciplines. ASHES leads, represents and serves our members by promoting excellence, best practices, innovation and leadership through advocacy, education and certification.
ASSOCIATION FOR PROFESSIONALS IN INFECTION CONTROL & EPIDEMIOLOGY
By 2012, APIC will be recognized as the leader in infection prevention and control by practitioners, policy makers, healthcare executives, and consumers. In order to do so, APIC is working toward achieving the following goals:
  • APIC will emphasize prevention and promote zero tolerance for healthcare-associated infections and other adverse events.
  • APIC will ensure that appropriate standards and measures are set by which infection prevention and control programs are evaluated by regulatory agencies, healthcare executives, payers and consumers.
  • Infection prevention and control will be recognized as a separate and distinct profession, whose members are positioned for leadership roles in healthcare.
  • APIC will serve as a catalyst for leading edge research for the prevention of infection and associated adverse outcomes.
  • APIC will play a leadership role in emergency preparedness related to infection prevention and control, including emerging and reemerging diseases, bioterrorism, natural disasters and other issues
CRUISE LINES INTERNATIONAL - EXECUTIVE PARTNER
Cruise Lines International Association is the world’s largest cruise association and is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry. CLIA is composed of 23 of the major cruise lines serving North America and is an organization that operates pursuant to an agreement filed with the Federal Maritime Commission under the Shipping Act of 1984 and serves as a non-governmental consultative organization to the International Maritime Organization, an agency of the United Nations.

CLIA was formed in 1975 in response to a need for an association to promote the special benefits of cruising and in 2006 merged with the International Council of Cruise Lines (ICCL), a sister entity created in 1990 dedicated to participating in the regulatory and policy development process of the cruise industry. CLIA exists to promote all measures that foster a safe, secure and healthy cruise ship environment, educate, train its travel agent members, and promote and explain the value, desirability and affordability of the cruise vacation experience.
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR FOOD PROTECTION
The International Association for Food Protection, founded in 1911, is a non-profit association of food safety professionals. Comprised of a diverse membership of over 3,000 Members from 50 nations, the Association is dedicated to the education and service of its Members, as well as industry personnel.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HEALTHCARE TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT
The National Association of Healthcare Transport Management (NAHTM) is composed of management personnel from throughout the United States who are responsible for the transportation of patients in hospital settings. The National Association of Healthcare Transport Management (NAHTM) is dedicated to the professional development of hospital based transportation managers, by promoting leadership excellence and providing members with the resources necessary to implement and practice the highest standards for patient transportation and related activities. Related activities could include the following: mail services, fleet (van) transportation, equipment management, materials (including lab specimens) movement, lift teams, greeter services, sitter services and volunteer service management.
TEXAS FOOD PROCESSORS ASSOCIATION
Our mission and goals are to provide a strong trade association for the Food Processors of Texas and to promote and support the Food industry through legislation, education, training and communication.

Through various activities the TFPA promotes education and scholarships, facilitates cooperation with governmental agencies, and conducts training programs.
TEXAS HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATION
Founded in 1950, the Texas Health Care Association (THCA) is the largest long term care association in Texas. THCA represents a broad spectrum of long-term care providers and professionals offering long term, rehabilitative and specialized health care services. Member facilities, owned by both for-profit and non-profit entities, include nursing facilities, specialized rehabilitation facilities, and assisted living facilities.
